Your questions answered

Probio7 Happy Gut is a yogurt starter culture designed to help you make live yogurt at home. Each 125ml serving made using a sachet provides around 6 billion live bacteria from starter strains and three clinically researched strains, including the world's most researched strain of bacteria, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG.

Each sachet is designed to be used with a yogurt machine using 1L of UHT milk. Follow the machine's instructions to make your yogurt.

This starter culture contains Bifidobacterium longum CECT 7894, Pediococcus pentosaceus CECT 8330, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus ATCC 53103 (GG).

Suitable for children aged 2+ and adults who want to make home-yogurt with live friendly bacteria. The product contains milk derivatives (from yogurt culture) and should not be used by people with a milk allergy.

This is a yogurt starter culture, rather than a capsule supplement. The resulting yogurt delivers live friendly bacteria but the product is not labelled as a pharmaceutical or therapeutic probiotic in capsule form. It’s meant to support your microbiome as part of a balanced diet.

Yes, the yogurt starter contains milk derivatives (see ingredients: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus in the starter blend) so it’s not suitable for people with a milk allergy.

After making yogurt and refrigerating, always use within 6 days.
